About the role:

As a Revenue Analyst at Landal, you’re not just advising you’re in control.

Together with your fellow analysts, you manage the full revenue stream of the entire company. From the first price to the last available night, you have your hands on the levers. You shape and execute pricing strategies and optimize availability for your own portfolio of holiday parks. You directly influence millions in revenue. Your sharp analyses, creativity, and sense of timing help you boost both occupancy and profitability. You’ll work closely with a team of experienced Revenue professionals and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and tangible impact.

What will you do:

As a Revenue Analyst, you ensure that our prices are always sharp, our availability is optimized, and our revenue targets are exceeded. You make data-driven decisions that directly impact the performance of your park portfolio and you see the results of your work reflected in both occupancy and revenue. Your main responsibilities:

  • From data to decisions – You dive into booking trends, performance metrics, and market data to identify risks and opportunities per park and accommodation type and translate your findings into concrete actions.

  • Optimizing price and volume – You forecast sales volumes and price points using historical data, market trends, and your own commercial insight.

  • Working together, winning together – You collaborate with teams like Commerce, Finance, and Operations to align on strategy and share insights that drive collective success.

  • Experimenting and improving – You set up and evaluate pricing and promotional campaigns, learning what works and optimizing continuously.

You’ll work from our brand-new office at Amsterdam. In this role, you report to the Cluster Revenue Manager.

This is you:

You’re driven by results not just meeting targets but beating them. You thrive on the commercial “game”: using smart analysis, timing, and creativity to generate maximum revenue. You’re energized by the challenge of constantly adjusting strategy to stay one step ahead. Data doesn't intimidate you. Whether it’s spotting trends, solving pricing puzzles, or diving into numbers, you’re always looking for patterns that lead to action.

You work precisely and think critically. You know how to explain complex insights in a clear, convincing way and you’re not afraid to challenge the status quo when you see a better path forward.

- A completed bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in (business) economics or a similar field.
- Has a sharp analytical mind a strong affinity with numbers
