About the role

The Governance & Assurance team are looking for a Revenue Assurance Analyst to join the team for a 12-month secondment. As a Revenue Assurance Analyst, you'll play a vital role in detecting, preventing, and resolving commercial leakage.

Your focus will be on driving revenue maximisation across our business processes. This role is an opportunity to be at the forefront of ensuring our company's financial health.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Profit Integrity and Revenue Assurance: Detect, prevent and help resolve profit leakage across Customer Market Operations processes. Identify profit optimisation opportunities through stronger controls and analytical review, and promote accountability for revenue and margin outcomes.

  • Revenue Assurance Processes and Controls: Support the design and embedding of end-to-end Revenue Assurance processes and internal controls across Customer Market Operations value chains to strengthen revenue protection and margin assurance.

  • Risk and Issue Management: Help identify, assess and manage risks and issues affecting Customer Market Operations. Support the Revenue Assurance Lead in maintaining the Customer Market Operations Risk Framework, and ensure risks, issues and control weaknesses are escalated and managed in line with governance expectations.

  • Delivery and Execution: Deliver assigned Revenue Assurance work accurately, on time and to a high standard. Support Revenue Assurance initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement in systems, processes and governance to strengthen profit integrity and operational risk management.
     

What you’ll bring:

  • Revenue assurance & analytical experience: Background in revenue assurance, audit, or a similar analytical role, with ~2+ years’ relevant experience.

  • Data & technical expertise: Strong capability using SQL, SAP HANA, Python, Excel and Power BI to produce clear reporting, dashboards and actionable insights.

  • AI enabled analysis: Confident and responsible use of AI tools (e.g. Copilot, Copilot Studio) to improve analytical depth, efficiency and decision support.

  • Commercial judgement & stakeholder engagement: Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills, supported by critical thinking and sound business judgement.
