This is a high-visibility role focused on maintaining and optimizing Salesforce, improving forecast accuracy and pipeline reporting, and ensuring reliable data across the organization.</p> <p><strong>What you bring to the team</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations in a fast-growing tech company</li> <li>Hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including custom objects, reporting, dashboards, and data management</li> <li>Experience optimizing or rationalizing a Salesforce instance and owning CRM governance end-to-end</li> <li>CRM strategy and optimization thinking, able to assess current state, identify gaps, and drive improvements</li> <li>Strong understanding of pipeline reporting, sales metrics, and revenue forecasting</li> <li>Ability to translate CRM insights into clear reporting for sales leadership and executives</li> <li>Strong async communicator in a remote-first environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>How you will make an impact</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and maintain Salesforce, including custom objects, reports, dashboards, and data management</li> <li>Lead the rationalization of the Salesforce instance by cutting redundant fields, dead reports, and unused objects</li> <li>Drive CRM data hygiene and governance through standardization, deduplication, and quality controls</li> <li>Build self-serve pipeline reporting and dashboards so leadership can access accurate deal flow data without manual pulls</li> <li>Partner with Sales, FP&amp;A, and Data Science to identify and close gaps in pipeline management and forecasting accuracy</li> <li>Use Claude and other AI tools to surface data gaps, automate reporting workflows, and make CRM insights more accessible across the business</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus if you have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Salesforce Administrator certification</li> <li>Experience in crypto, fintech, or Web3</li> <li>Familiarity with Sigma, Tableau, or similar BI tools</li> <li>Experience using Claude and other AI tools to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Why you might be excited about us</strong></p> <p>At Figment, we offer an exciting range of competitive benefits designed to support and empower every member of our team:</p> <ul> <li><strong>100% remote-first environment.</strong> Our flagship office is in Toronto, Canada. Figment is committed to transparency regarding pay, benefits, and other compensation types for all internal roles as well as all roles being hired for.</p> <p><strong>Base Salary:</strong> The US base salary range for this position is USD $80,000 - $100,000. The CAD base salary range for this position is <strong>CAD $80,000 - $100,000</strong>. This range reflects base salary only, and does not include additional compensation, sales incentives or benefits. <em>For candidates in other countries, the pay range will be disclosed upon your first interview with Figment (being a globally remote company, the list of salary ranges would simply be too long to note here!).</em> The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across all Canada or the US.
