A Little More About The role:
We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst, a critical position the Sales team relies on for quote and proposal preparation. The Revenue Operations Analyst also serves as the “go-to” resource for sales research support, ultimately playing a vital role in Gravie’s ability to win deals.
You will:
- Prepare quotes, financial analyses and proposals
- Serve as the liaison between the Sales and Underwriting teams during the quoting process
- Coordinate provider and pharmacy searches with network and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) partners
- Utilize Salesforce to enter, analyze and report on quoting data
- Collect all necessary materials for review during the quoting and renewal process
- Ensure all necessary materials required during the quoting and renewal process are up-to-date and stored correctly in shared company folders
- Assist with sales research and requests
- Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic and outcome oriented.
You bring:

Bachelor’s degree or 4+ related experience

Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, macros, functions, vlookups, etc

A high degree of organization, accuracy and detail-orientation

Strong internal customer-service skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
