The Royal Caribbean Group’s Revenue Management Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Revenue Strategy Analyst reporting to the Commercial Strategy Manager. The position is onsite and based in Miami, Florida. The position is also not eligible for work authorization sponsorship. Position Summary: The Revenue Strategy Analyst is a member of the Celebrity Cruises Revenue Management department and plays a key role in supporting the company’s commercial strategy through analytics and reporting. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining revenue management dashboards used daily by cross-functional stakeholders, including Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, eCommerce, and International teams. The Analyst conducts ad hoc analyses using large, complex datasets and translates findings into actionable insights that inform leadership decision-making. The Revenue Strategy Analyst is an integral contributor to enabling the Revenue Management team to achieve the brand’s commercial objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: <ul style="margin-top:3.0pt;margin-bottom:0.0in"> <li style="margin:3.0pt 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;text-align:justify;line-height:107%">Develop and maintain analytical tools and reporting that support revenue strategy decisions, including cruise ticket pricing and performance management. </li> </ul> <ul style="margin-top:3.0pt;margin-bottom:0.0in"> <li style="margin:3.0pt 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;text-align:justify;line-height:107%">Extract and analyze data from large, complex datasets using SQL and other analytical programming languages and tools. </li> 0.0px;text-align:justify;line-height:107%">Analyze data using Microsoft Excel to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities that address key business questions. </li> </ul> <ul and maintain forecasting models for daily and weekly bookings, All-Included package sales, and other products to support revenue target-setting and performance management. </li> </ul> <ul
