We're looking for team members excited to partner with the world's manufacturers and build the future of production together.</p></div><p>We are looking for a RevOps Analyst to join our growing Revenue Operations team based out of India. You will work closely with US-based Sales, Finance and Legal stakeholders, supporting deal execution, renewal operations and revenue compliance. You will be required to work the evening shift to ensure real-time collaboration with the US team.</p> <h4><strong>A Day In Your Life&nbsp;</strong></h4> <p><strong>Deal Desk &amp; Renewal Operations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage end-to-end deal lifecycle from quote creation through contract execution, booking and renewal</li> <li>Review and process deal support requests from the US sales team ensuring compliance with pricing policies, approval matrices and commercial terms.</li> <li>Structure and validate quotes in CPQ for new business, upsells, co-terms and renewals</li> <li>Own the pipeline in partnership with US Customer Success and Sales teams, tracking upcoming New business,expansions and renewals&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage deal pricing, contract amendments and multi-year structures in CPQ</li> <li>Coordinate multi-stakeholder approvals across Sales, Finance and Legal for complex and non-standard deals</li> <li>Maintain deal desk playbooks, approval workflows, renewal schedules and audit trails</li> </ul> <p><strong>Revenue Compliance (ASC 606)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure all deals are structured in compliance with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards</li> <li>Support month-end and quarter-end close by reviewing deal documentation and ensuring clean handoffs to Finance</li> <li>Partner with Revenue Accounting on audits, deal memos and revenue recognition schedules</li> </ul> <p><strong>CRM &amp; Data Hygiene</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain Salesforce data integrity across opportunities, accounts, contracts and renewal records</li> <li>Perform regular audits to identify and resolve incomplete, duplicate or stale CRM data</li> <li>Support CPQ configuration updates, product catalog maintenance and pricing rule changes</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h4><strong>What You Bring</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field required</li> <li>MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus</li> <li>3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations or Revenue Operations</li> <li>Willing and able to work evening shift (approximately 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST) to align with US business hours</li> <li>Prior experience in a B2B SaaS or technology company strongly preferred</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage deals independently and collaborate with senior US based stakeholders</li> <li>Salesforce CRM, DealHub CPQ or equivalent&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong understanding of deal lifecycle and renewal operations</li> <li>Working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles</li> <li>Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance and Legal</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication for US stakeholder collaboration</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Good to Have</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Experience supporting partner or alliance deal workflows</li> <li>Exposure to reporting and revenue operations tech stack</li> <li>Prior experience in a SaaS or subscription based business model</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Augury is a people-first organization.
