R.O. Functional Analyst

Position Summary Under the direction of the Deputy Registrar, Systems, Planning and Reporting, the Functional Analyst designs and implements new business processes and technologies within the Office of the Registrar (RO). The incumbent gathers business requirements through interviews with key stakeholders to provide options for solutions and communicates any systems limitations. Key Responsibilities Serves as a member of the project team that is responsible for implementing new business technologies and processes in the Registrars Office. May work collaboratively with the team on a project or be assigned the role of project coordinator based on skills and strengths. Oversees ongoing maintenance and quality assurance for systems within the RO such as the Web Registration Applications, Millennium Fast Student Grade Entry and Reporting Application, Banner Student Aid, and Degree Works. Problem-solves complex issues for RO system users: Admissions, Registration and Records, academic divisions, and other business units. Leads training for RO systems and business processes. Other duties as assigned.
