PSG, a global growth equity firm, backs Emotion Mobility. The Role You act as the technical lead in the sales process, guiding customers through discovery, solution design, and evaluation. This is a strategic role where you shape how the product is positioned and implemented in complex environments. You will work at the intersection of sales, product, and engineering, balancing customer requirements with platform capabilities and long-term roadmap considerations. What You Will Do Lead technical discovery and solution design Support RFP processes and technical proposals Engage with senior technical stakeholders Align customer needs with product and engineering What We Are Looking For Presales or solution engineering experience in enterprise software Strong understanding of APIs, cloud, and integrations Experience in complex sales cycles Ability to operate independently Requirements English and Portuguese required Spanish or French is a plus Compensation Base salary up to €56K Bonus up to 15% quarterly OTE up to €66K Benefits Health insurance Gym allowance Coverflex benefits Extra leave and team events
