Team Overview

This role sits at the intersection of policy, operations, and data, focused on improving how safety cases are handled across markets. You will work with global and local stakeholders to design and evolve policies and procedures that are practical, consistent, and aligned with operational needs.

By using data to identify improvement opportunities, you will help drive continuous enhancements in safety processes — ultimately contributing to a safer and more reliable experience for our users.

Role Responsibilities

  • Designing, updating, and improving safety-related procedures, rules, and standards for case handling across multiple countries

  • Supporting the implementation of global safety policies

  • Monitoring safety KPIs and conducting data-driven reviews of safety cases to identify and implement practical improvements

  • Tracking project performance to address operational needs and gaps

  • Collaborating closely with global and local stakeholders to align policy direction with operational realities

  • Participating in internal forums to review and optimize policies, ensuring transparency and fairness in rulemaking

  • Preparing and delivering insights and reports based on case trends and policy performance

  • Leading regular feedback sessions with Safety Operations teams to identify improvement opportunities and ensure consistency across teams

  • Maintaining and continuously improving documentation, procedures, system configurations, and operational templates

 

Role Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in relevant fields such as safety operations, customer support/processes, policy design, or incident handling

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to diagnose issues and identify improvement opportunities

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with remote and cross-functional teams

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; Spanish is a plus

  • Experience or familiarity with Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Kaizen), with practical application preferred

  • Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting

  • Experience with SQL or BI tools is a strong advantage.
