What You Can Expect
The Contract Analyst is responsible for administering and analyzing the contract maintenance process to ensure sales transactions are accurate, tracked, and recorded properly.
How You'll Create Impact
- Ensure the signed and executed contracts are being followed and that agreed upon rebates are being calculated and paid per contact terms
- Re-Develop and oversee ‘Non-Cash rebate program’
- Review sales accruals, project and track against actual sales. Monthly review with Manager of Pricing and Contracts
- Lead for New Vendor setups and ongoing Maintence (bank info, name, address, etc)
- Owner of payment process. Setting up payment requisitions, working with AP team on timing, and updating Management and Distributors when payments are made

- Team player. Able to be point of contact with AP team, ZB Canada Corporate Sales team, and Distributors and Sales Agents
Your Background
Strong analytical, oral and written communication, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential.
Proficient in Excel – (Pivot tables, vlookup, sumif)
