NIQ/GFKâŻare looking for a customer-focused and analyticalâŻSales ExecutiveâŻto join our Nordic⯠FMCG team, based in Copenhagen, Oslo or Stockholm. In this role, you will drive sales of global data to our Nordic clients, helping them unlock value through data-driven insights and consultancy in export markets or through distributors. You will work with some of the most innovative brands in the FMCG, building long-termâŻpartnershipsâŻand driving client satisfaction.âŻÂ

Focused on accelerating organic growth,âŻthe roleâŻgenerates revenue opportunities by contacting existing clients, leads and prospects. âŻÂ
Your ResponsibilitiesâŻÂ
Own and grow a portfolio of strategic clients in the Nordic regionâŻÂ
Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challengesâŻÂ
Target new clients via different channels and grow the business within the existing client portfolio, prioritize client visits based on sales potential and build a sustainable externalâŻnetwork;âŻâŻÂ
Create compelling client proposals and lead client negotiation. Execute end-to-end sales process from feasibility analysis to final agreement in our CRM systemÂ
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutionsâŻÂ
Drive client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and problem-solvingâŻÂ
Monitor progress against revenue target with tenacity and course correct quickly where necessary by making maximum use of the available CRMâŻtools.âŻÂ

Bachelorâs degreeâŻrequired;âŻmasterâs degree inâŻBusiness orâŻMarketing, preferredâŻÂ
Proven sales experience, with strong commercial and relationship managementâŻskillsÂ
Easy connecting with (potential) clients and ability to build andâŻmaintainâŻown network among assigned clients &âŻprospectsÂ
Both short-term and long-term resultsâŻorientedÂ
A few years of relevantâŻSalesâŻexperience in FMCGâŻÂ
Fluent in one Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish) preferableÂ
StrongâŻproficiencyâŻin English (written and oral)âŻÂ

Excellent at building andâŻmaintainingâŻrelationshipsâŻwith C-LevelâŻÂ
Analytical and data savvy - Detail oriented and accurateÂ

What We OfferâŻÂ
- 480,000 - 560,000 DKK Annually. Placement within the range will depend on objective criteria including experience, skills, and internal equity considerations. We are committed to equal pay and pay transparency. Remuneration decisions are made using gender-neutral and objective criteria.
- In addition, a variable remuneration, for example in the form of a performance or sales related bonus, will be granted for this position.
