As a Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst, you will provide analytical and strategic support to the Sales Force Effectiveness function by transforming commercial data into actionable insights. You will help drive sales productivity through data governance, performance tracking, reporting automation, and business intelligence initiatives that support tactical and strategic decision-making across the organization. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Analyze, validate, and transform commercial data into actionable insights to support business decisions.  

  • Ensure the quality, integrity, and consistency of sales and commercial information through data validation and control processes.  

  • Develop and maintain data governance standards and traceability for critical commercial metrics such as sell-in, sell-out, execution, and productivity KPIs.  

  • Generate trend analyses and identify opportunities that contribute to commercial planning and execution strategies.  

  • Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations with data-driven recommendations for stakeholders.  

  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor sales performance, productivity, and key business indicators.  

  • Automate recurring reports and analytical processes to improve efficiency and minimize manual effort.  

  • Support the accurate and timely execution of sales incentive programs, ensuring data accuracy and calculation integrity.  

  • Monitor sales force productivity metrics including store segmentation, routing, coverage, and visit frequency.  

  • Generate performance reports at both individual and team levels to enable informed business decisions.  

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Demand Planning, Finance, and other business areas to align objectives and performance metrics.  

  • Participate in strategic projects by providing analytical expertise and actionable recommendations

Basic Qualifications: 
 
We are looking for professionals with the required skills to achieve our goals: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. 

  • 2-4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, Sales Force Effectiveness, or related roles within FMCG, pharmaceutical, retail, or similar industries. 

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with databases and SQL. 

  • Intermediate knowledge of Power BI, SAP, and data visualization tools. 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate business insights and actionable recommendations. 

  • Experience creating dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking solutions. 

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy. 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional environment. 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
