Salesforce Operations Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
Project Administration:
Experience using AI tools will be given priority.
Maintaining project documentation, schedules, and status reports.
Assisting with resource allocation and scheduling.
Tracking project progress and identifying potential issues.
Admin Support:
Providing basic support to users, including troubleshooting internal project management tools and proper support from project related operations tasks โ creating project, budget, forecast etc.
Managing user accounts and access permissions.
Responding to user inquiries and requests.
Recruitment Support:
Maintain resume updates from team members
Map right resources for the open positions
Help arrange the interview panels with respect to the requirement
Help arrange weekend drive, coordinate with Talent Acquisition team
Learning and Development
Coordinating with Delivery and centralized L&D team for training and alignment.
Ensuring timely training completed by Associates.
Communication and Coordination:
Communicating training updates and status to stakeholders.
Coordinating meetings and conferences related to Training and other related tasks.
Acting as a point of contact for L&D inquiries.
Data Management:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date Delivery Project related information.
Maintain project related trackers - Project Updates, Budget, Allocations and Projections
Ensuring data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
Other Administrative Tasks:
Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
Preparing reports and presentations.
Organizing and maintaining office space.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic IT knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructure.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) is a plus.
