Responsibilities and Duties:   <ul> <li>Recruit, train, and mentor a high performing team of sales consultants.  </li> <li>Set clear performance expectations and provide regular coaching to ensure team success.  </li> <li>Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans for team members.  </li> <li>Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.  </li> <li>Identify new market opportunities and target potential customers in residential and commercial sectors.  </li> <li>Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.  </li> <li>Ensure the sales team delivers exceptional customer service and builds long-term client relationships.  </li> <li>Address escalated customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution.  </li> <li>Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.  </li> <li>Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates.  </li> <li>Provide training to the sales team on products, services, and seasonal application needs.  </li> <li>Work with marketing to align promotional campaigns with sales objectives.  </li> <li>Prepare and present regular sales reports to leadership, detailing progress toward goals, market trends, and team performance.  </li> <li>Analyze sales data to forecast revenue, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.  </li> <li>Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.  </li> <li>Provide feedback to improve service offerings and promotional campaigns.  </li> <li>Develop, implement, and manage sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.  </li> <li>Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.  </li> <li>Create and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports for senior leadership.  </li> </ul> Qualifications and Skills <ul> <li>Minimum 5+ years of sales experience</li> <li>2+ years of inside sales required</li> <li>minimum 3 years of that green industry experience preferred</li> </ul> Requirements   <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li> <li>Able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check</li> <li>Must have experience in Lawn Care, Landscaping, Golf Course, Turf, or Pest Control to be considered</li> </ul>   Benefits <ul> <li>Competitive salary plus generous commission plan</li> <li>Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance</li> <li>Sick Time</li> <li>PTO</li> <li>Paid Holidays</li> </ul> We are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and provide consideration for an employment relationship without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender expression, gender identity, genetic predisposition, national origin, ethnicity, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
