Position Overview The Sales Manager – Saudi Arabia is responsible for supporting the achievement of company order, sales, and market share objectives within Saudi Arabia, while contributing to opportunity development across the Middle East region. The role focuses on customer engagement, pipeline development, and supporting channel partners, while working closely with regional and global commercial teams who retain final responsibility for pricing, contractual agreements, and order execution. Key Responsibilities • Support execution of sales strategies to achieve company order, sales, and market share objectives in Saudi Arabia and contribute to Middle East regional growth. • Maintain direct contact with customer accounts and monitor customer satisfaction, industry trends, and competitive activities. • Support development, onboarding, and management of Channel Partner (CP) network, including regular performance reviews and joint planning. • Work closely with Channel Partners to support opportunity development, tender participation, and customer engagement. • Provide guidance and technical/commercial input to Channel Partners while ensuring they retain ownership of commercial offers and customer contracts. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure appropriate technical solutions are offered based on project requirements. • Maintain product training certifications as required by the company. • Represent the company at industry trade shows, seminars, and conferences. • Maintain company systems and databases (CRM, opportunity funnel, forecasting tools, etc.). • Provide monthly and quarterly forecasts for Saudi Arabia and supported regional activities. Skills & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. • 3–5 years of sales experience in the Middle East, ideally in Oil & Gas or Utilities sectors. • Experience working with or managing Channel Partner networks. • Demonstrated ability to learn and communicate technical product applications. • Proficiency in business software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders. • Strong communication and presentation skills in English. • Valid passport and driver’s license. • Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia and occasionally across the Middle East (up to 50%). • Ability to participate in training sessions in Canada. Preferred Qualifications • Arabic language skills are a plus. • Experience in motor and generator applications. • Strong public speaking and customer engagement skills. Working Conditions • Office environment (company office or home office). • Frequent visits to customer sites including power plants and industrial facilities. • Regular engagement with Channel Partners across Saudi Arabia and select Middle East markets.
