Role Mission
We're looking for an experienced Sales Operations Analyst to join our global RevOps team. Reporting to our Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you'll take meaningful ownership of the systems, data, and processes that underpin CUBE's go-to-market engine. This is a role for someone who can hit the ground running — comfortable working independently, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving operational improvements without needing to be hand-held. You'll work closely with colleagues across London and New York, and have direct exposure to senior commercial leadership.
Role Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day Salesforce CRM administration — including pipeline hygiene, data quality, object and field management, workflow automation, and user support (in conjunction with Salesforce Developers).
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and reports that give commercial leadership clear visibility into pipeline, forecast, and revenue KPIs
- Assist the business in sales operations, including quote configuration, contract data management, and approval process governance
- Help administer and optimise the wider RevOps tool stack, including Gong, Spiff, DocuSign CLM, ZoomInfo, Cognism, DemandFarm, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, among other tools.
- Identify process gaps and work with the wider team to design and implement scalable operational improvements across the sales cycle
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Cusromer Success on strategic operational projects
- Contribute to onboarding and enablement of new sales hires on tools and processes
- Document processes and maintain operational playbooks to ensure continuity and consistency
Required Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar commercial operations role within a B2B SaaS environment
- Solid, hands-on Salesforce CRM experience — confident managing data, building reports and dashboards, and administering workflows with minimal oversight
- Proven ability to independently own and deliver operational projects from scoping through to execution
- Experience designing or improving sales processes, with a track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and a low tolerance for bad data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable working across time zones and engaging directly with senior commercial stakeholders
- Familiarity with tools such as Gong, Spiff, DocuSign CLM, or similar RevOps platforms is a strong advantage
- Experience in RegTech, FinTech, or a regulated industry is advantageous but not required
