About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and inquisitive Sales Operations Analyst to join our high-performing Marketing and Customer Enablement team. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and data-driven decision-making, requiring hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM, marketing automation tools, and process optimization. You will be a key contributor to maintaining pipeline visibility, supporting quoting and contract workflows, and ensuring data accuracy across systems. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will partner cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency, strengthen reporting capabilities, and support go-to-market execution while driving continuous improvements across sales and marketing processes.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support the Sales Operations function through reporting, CRM administration, data management, and operational support initiatives.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Marketing Operations teams to support lead management, campaign coordination, customer data integrity, and operational alignment.
Maintain, update, and grow customer and account profiles within Salesforce CRM to support sales activities, pipeline visibility, reporting, and go-to-market strategy.
Create, maintain, and support Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data cleanup initiatives to ensure reporting accuracy and usability.
Assist with quote management, contract tracking, renewal coordination, and pricing updates.
Review customer contracts and maintain contract tracking files to support renewals and commercial visibility.
Prepare and distribute sales, pipeline, revenue, and operational performance reports.
Support process improvement and operational efficiency projects across Sales and Marketing functions.
Assist with documenting workflows, business processes, training materials, and user guides for CRM and operational processes.
Serve as a key operational resource for Sales team support, including follow-up on documentation, quoting, CRM updates, and administrative coordination.
Ensure compliance with company policies, data standards, and operational procedures.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improved reporting, automation, and process standardization.
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and accountability.
About You
University or College degree preferred.
1 to 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related business support environment.
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Salesforce CRM, including reporting, dashboards, data management, and data quality maintenance.
Experience with DocuSign, Workday, and marketing automation platforms is considered an asset.
Experience supporting process improvement, workflow optimization, or operational projects is considered an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
High level of initiative, adaptability, accountability, and willingness to learn.
Comfortable working with data analysis, reporting, and operational metrics.

The annual pay range for this role is $67,600-$75,000 CAD, inclusive of base salary and target incentive pay.
