Consequently, this segment operates in a wide variety of commercial and industrial markets that include display optics and components, semiconductor optics components, aerospace and defense, astronomy, ophthalmic products, telecommunications components and cover glass that is optimized for portable display devices.</span></p><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"> <div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"> <p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Job Summary</span></strong><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">The Sales Operations Specialist supports the effective use, adoption, and reporting of commercial systems—primarily Salesforce—across approximately 200 internal users. This role serves as the first point of contact for system usage questions, reporting and dashboard support, and user enablement, ensuring consistent data, scalable reporting, and high system adoption across the sales organization.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Key Responsibilities</span></strong><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">•    Serve as the primary support contact for Salesforce users, responding to questions related to:</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">o    System navigation and usage</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">o    Standard sales processes</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">o    Report and dashboard interpretation</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">•    Provide onboarding and ongoing enablement for new and existing users, developing and maintaining user guides, job aids, and training materials</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">•    Triage user requests and escalate complex system design or automation issues as needed</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">•    Build, modify, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards based on defined requirements, ensuring report consistency, usability, and alignment with defined KPIs</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">•    Support recurring reporting needs for sales leadership and operations</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Required Qualifications:</span></strong><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">•    Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, analytics, or related field </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">•    2+ years of experience building and maintaining reports and dashboards in Salesforce</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">•    Strong understanding of sales processes and commercial performance metrics</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">•    Experience supporting a broad user base with varying technical skill levels</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Preferred Qualifications:</span></strong><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">•    Experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Business Analytics</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">•    Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP) or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">•    Experience supporting a global or matrixed sales organization</span></p> </div> </div><p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>This position does not support immigration sponsorship.  </strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">The range for this position is <span id="cke_bm_45142S" style="display:none"> </span>$75,902.00 - $104,366.00 assuming full time status.
