We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Analyst to join our EMEA Sales Ops & Business Analytics team. The role will be based in Cluj-Napoca and you will be responsible for supporting the operational efficiency of the EMEA sales organisation through CRM management, process optimisation, data governance, pipeline tracking, and sales planning support.

To be successful as a Sales Operations Analyst, you should be able to manage and improve sales processes, ensure data accuracy across systems, support forecasting and territory planning, and deliver timely operational reporting. You should have strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Sales Operations Analyst will work closely with the EMEA Sales Ops and Business Analytics Manager, the VP of Commercial Operations, and interact frequently with sales leadership and the wider Commercial Operations department.

An ideal candidate needs to have experience in sales operations, strong CRM knowledge, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with teams across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain CRM data integrity, ensuring correct adoption of tools and processes across the EMEA sales community
  • Track and monitor key sales metrics including pipeline creation, win rates, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy, flagging discrepancies and driving data accuracy
  • Support the forecasting process by validating data inputs, coordinating submissions, and ensuring timely reporting to leadership
  • Assist in the preparation of standard reporting deliverables for the executive team and sales leadership, recommending improvements where applicable
  • Support territory and account planning activities, including segmentation and coverage models for EMEA
  • Coordinate and support sales planning and budgeting processes, including quota setting and target allocation
  • Assist with onboarding and enablement of sales tools and processes for the sales community
  • Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports in Power BI for the sales management community, including handling ad-hoc requests to refine, update, and build Power BI dashboards in collaboration with the Senior Business Analyst
  • Drive process improvements across sales operations workflows, identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions
  • Support various Sales Operations initiatives and projects as coordinated by the EMEA Sales Ops and Business Analytics Manager

Education:

  • University education (Bachelor's degree)

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar operational role in a large international company
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems including reporting, dashboards, data management, and workflow configuration
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills – able to engage with stakeholders at all levels clearly and concisely
  • Solid understanding of the end-to-end sales process, pipeline management, and forecasting methodologies
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of working in a matrix management structure
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Advanced Excel skills; PowerPoint proficiency
  • Ability to investigate data discrepancies and identify root causes
  • Knowledge of Power BI is essential — the candidate will actively support ad-hoc dashboard builds, refinements, and changes alongside the Senior Business Analyst
  • Experience with DAX, Power Query, and data modelling within Power BI is highly desirable
  • Experience with sales planning, territory management, or quota-setting processes is an advantage
