Sales Operations Sr. Analyst
Job Description
Position Summary
The Sales Operations Sr. Analyst is a commercial excellenceโfocused role responsible for translating sales and commercial activities into structured insights, dashboards, and executive-level management reporting.
This position owns Koreaโs commercial driver framework and analytics backbone, with a strong emphasis on Sales Operations analytics, visualization, and decision-support. The role partners with cross-functional leaders to support growth strategy, performance management, and resource allocation through data-driven commercial insights.
Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial Driver Framework & Sales Ops Analytics
Build and maintain Koreaโs commercial driver framework linking commercial activity โ sales performance โ revenue โ P&L outcomes
Develop specialty-level growth models, opportunity mapping, and performance drivers from a Sales Ops perspective
Design scalable analytics and reporting structures primarily used for Sales Operations and commercial decision support
2. Strategic Insight & Executive Management Reporting
Generate actionable insights from procedure, funnel, revenue, and profitability trends
Convert complex datasets into clear executive narratives and management reporting
Design and maintain visualization frameworks and dashboards for leadership reviews
3. Forecasting & Commercial Scenario Support
Support driver-based forecasting and long-term scenario analysis from a commercial execution lens
Integrate operational KPIs into commercial strategy and performance tracking
Partner with FP&A to align commercial insights with financial planning, while maintaining clear role separation
4. Data Architecture, Visualization & Governance
Lead Sales Opsโfocused analytics standardization across SQL / Snowflake / Salesforce (SFDC) / Tableau
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting assets for commercial performance management
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across Sales Ops reporting
5. Cross-functional Commercial Collaboration
Align commercial drivers and priorities with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and Finance partners
Support territory design, specialty strategy, and account-level performance analysis
Validate capital pipeline and commercial assumptions from a Sales Ops viewpoint
6. Capability Building & Enablement
Coach analysts on Sales Ops analytics, dashboard design, and executive storytelling
Promote consistent definitions, metrics, and reporting standards across commercial analytics
Strengthen Koreaโs Sales Operations and commercial insight capability

Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experienceย
Strong ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, complex commercial environment
Proven experience in Sales Operations analytics (Min 3+years)
Advanced SQL and Tableau skills, with hands-on experience building dashboards and executive management reports
Deep understanding of commercial activities (sales execution, funnel, territory, performance) and the ability to interpret them into financial transactions and outcomes
Strong analytical rigor with the ability to influence executive decisions through insights
Advanced Excel proficiency
Bachelorโs degree with 7+ years of experience
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Experience with enterprise financial or reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion)
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and commercial data ecosystems
Experience in healthcare, medical device, or procedure-based business models
Experience working in a matrixed, global organization with HQ stakeholders
