It makes a difference!   What you will do:  <ul> <li>Monitor and analyze Frontline Productivity KPIs, identifying trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities, while supporting the continuous evolution of productivity methodologies, metrics, and operational processes. </li> <li>Support the development and continuous improvement of dashboards, reports, and analytical tools by partnering with Data and Analytics teams. </li> <li>Translate business challenges and opportunities into clear business cases, analytical requirements, and actionable recommendations to support decision-making and prioritization. </li> <li>Partner with country teams to understand business challenges, gather requirements, and support the implementation of global initiatives. </li> <li>Prepare executive presentations and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. </li> <li>Document business rules, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency across markets. </li> <li>Challenge existing ways of working by identifying opportunities to optimize sales processes and developing new approaches that enhance commercial performance and support future business growth.</li> </ul> What we're looking for: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a related field;</li> <li>Fluent English </li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </li> <li>Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across different countries, cultures, and functions. </li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills. </li> <li>Strong organization, ownership, and ability to manage multiple priorities. </li> <li>Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. </li> <li>Experience working with dashboards, KPIs, and performance management.</li> </ul> Nice to Have  <ul> <li>Spanish is a plus. </li> <li>SQL and Python are desirable. </li> <li>Experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Productivity, Consulting, or related areas is a plus.</li> </ul> <div> <div class="job__description body"> <div> What we offer  • Performance-based bonus*  • Attendance bonus*  • Private pension plan  • Meal allowance  • Casual office and dress code  • Days off*  • Health, dental, and life insurance plans  • Discounts on medications  • Partnership with WellHub  • Childcare assistance  • Discounts on Ambev products*  • Clube Ben partnership  • Scholarship program*  • School supplies support  • Language learning platforms and training  • Transportation allowance  *Applicable rules apply.  </div> </div> </div> </div> </div>
