POSITION SUMMARY: The SAP Analyst - FI/CO & SD is an internal IT resource responsible for supporting, stabilizing, and improving SAP S/4HANA business processes within assigned functional areas. The role provides functional support across Finance and Controlling (FI/CO), Sales and Distribution (SD), Logistics Execution (LE), and related integration points as assigned. The incumbent works closely with business process owners, department SMEs, IT technical resources, vendors, and external support partners to resolve issues, support testing and change activities, maintain functional documentation, and help ensure SAP processes operate reliably after go-live. POSITION RESPONSIBILITES:  Operational Support Maintains a high level of operational support for internal and external customers through: SAP incident and request support Problem investigation and resolution Change and release support Testing and validation support Functional documentation and knowledge transfer SAP Functional Support and Stabilization Supports SAP S/4HANA functional operation and post-go-live stabilization through: Day-to-day functional support for assigned SAP modules and business processes Analysis and resolution of functional issues, data inconsistencies, and process exceptions Support for month-end, billing, order management, logistics, and other time-sensitive business cycles Coordination with business SMEs, IT technical teams, SAP Basis/Security resources, and vendors Escalation of issues where functional, technical, integration, or master data support is required Assigned Module Support and Integration Provides assigned functional support for SAP areas that may include: FI/CO support, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing, Material Ledger, and financial closing activities SD/LE support, including sales order management, pricing, delivery processing, picking, packing, goods issue, billing, credit/debit memo processing, and output management Cross-module integration support between FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, EWM, and related manufacturing or logistics processes EDI-related functional support for customer orders, advance ship notices, invoices, and related transaction flows Business Partner and master data support related to assigned functional areas. Configuration, Testing, Documentation, and Enhancements Supports controlled SAP changes and continuous improvement through: Functional configuration review and support within assigned areas of responsibility Requirement gathering and functional specification development for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows Participation in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, and production validation Support for Fiori apps, reporting tools, technical logs, and basic troubleshooting activities used to diagnose functional issues Development and maintenance of configuration guides, business process procedures, training materials, and support documentation Customer Service and Business Partnership Provides effective customer service and business partnership through: Timely response to SAP-related support requests and incident tickets Clear communication with business users, department SMEs, management, IT, vendors, and support partners Translation of business issues into clear functional requirements or support actions Follow-up with users to confirm acceptance of solutions and resolution of incidents Support for user training, process adoption, and continuous improvement within assigned SAP functional areas Supports the SAP COE operating model by working with business Stream Owners, Department SMEs, and Super Users to validate requirements, support testing, confirm readiness, improve training, and reduce avoidable first-line support escalations to IT. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Quality, Engineering, Data, etc.). Minimum 3 to 5 years of SAP functional experience, preferably including SAP S/4HANA implementation, post-go-live support, or manufacturing support experience. Experience in one or more SAP functional areas such as FI/CO, SD, LE, required.  Additional areas (nice to have) MM, PP, EWM, or related integration areas. Functional knowledge of business processes such as Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, logistics execution, manufacturing cost flow, billing, financial closing, or related processes. Demonstrated ability to analyze, troubleshoot, document, and resolve SAP functional issues while coordinating with technical teams and business users. Experience with incident management, change management, testing, and documentation practices. Experience with ServiceNow, SAP Solution Manager, or similar tools is an asset. Demonstrated customer service skills and communication abilities, including the ability to explain SAP functionality and business process impacts to non-technical users.
