This professional will be responsible for ensuring that campaigns are targeted to the right audiences, with a focus on data intelligence and alignment with sales priorities.</div> <div> </div> <div>Responsibilities</div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Profile accounts and contacts based on internal data and external sources.</li> <li>Enrich the database with relevant information such as CNPJ, industry, revenue, technologies used, buyer personas, among others.</li> <li>Use tools such as ZoomInfo, Clay, Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar for validation and enrichment.</li> <li>Analyze lists and segmentations to support campaign design and alignment with SDEs and Sales.</li> <li>Prepare and update segmented lists by product, LOB, or campaign, ensuring data quality and completeness.</li> <li>Interact with Campaigns, Sales, and Data Governance teams to ensure data adherence to business objectives.</li> <li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of profiling and automated enrichment processes.</li> </ul> <div> Who you are: </div> <div> We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, is proactive, self-learning, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful, innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
