EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Support the team in managing a portfolio of clients, gaining exposure to reporting strategy discussions;</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Assist in identifying and recommending best practice reports for specific client profiles, industries, or use cases under the guidance of senior consultants;</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Participate in gathering business requirements, help translate those requirements into report or dashboard designs, and contribute to their development;</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Shadow and assist in client interactions to understand how reporting results are distributed and communicated within client organizations;</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Assist in the preparation and delivery of client trainings on Cognos or Concur data models, gradually contributing to sessions as confidence grows;</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Learn to effectively manage expectations and timelines in a customer-facing environment;</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Collaborate actively across teams to contribute to the best possible customer experience.</li> </ul> REQUIREMENTS <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing, International Business, Engineering, or a related field, with an expected graduation date within the next 2 years.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access);</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail;</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Eager to learn, proactive, and self-driven;</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Fluent English is required, as you will be in contact with customers and colleagues globally via email, internal systems, and phone on a daily basis.</li> </ul> NICE TO HAVE <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Basic exposure to SQL or IBM Cognos;</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Exposure to or curiosity about data and analytics tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or similar);</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Spanish at an intermediate level or above is a plus.</li> </ul> Bring out your best SAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
