Job Description

Be the part of our SAP Security team to strengthen our IT processes as part of the SAP COMPETENCE CENTER!

In this role you should

  • Maintain SAP Users in Central User Administration
  • Create/ update/ transport SAP roles according to the global design.
  • Ensure compliance of SAP support processes (Incident and change management)
  • Monitor SAP support ticket statuses and escalate tickets if necessary
  • Prepare reports to IT and Business Management on selected KPIs
  • Check compliance quarterly in preparation for Audit
  • Support management with ad-hoc reporting, and ticket follow-up/ escalation

Qualifications

    Professional experience:

    • At least one year experience in SAP security support
    • At least 3 years or experience in IT support
    • University or equivalent degree

    Language: 

    • Fluent English in written and verbal is a must have
    • Second foreign language is a plus

    The ideal candidate has:

    • Experience working with SAP Security tools and troubleshooting techniques
    • Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident management and change management)
    • Willingness to follow/ enforce IT security processes
    • Strong governance mindset and an enterprise-level approach
    • Experience with SAP GRC or IAG or other SAP access management tool is a plus
