About This Role:  The SAP Warehouse Management Support Analyst operates across both operational support and project environments within the Super User Network (SUN). This role serves as a key liaison between business users and technical teams, providing first-level support, driving issue resolution, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across Warehouse Management processes.  What You'll Do: Operational Support  <ul> <li>Serve as the first point of contact (Level 0/1 support) for Warehouse Management-related issues</li> <li>Provide prompt support via phone, email, and messaging platforms</li> <li>Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve production issues</li> <li>Perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions</li> <li>Provide end-user training and support documentation</li> <li>Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation </li> </ul> Business Analysis & Continuous Improvement  <ul> <li>Analyze business processes and identify improvements</li> <li>Translate business requirements into solutions</li> <li>Support process optimization initiatives </li> </ul> Project Support & Delivery  <ul> <li>Participate in SAP EWM/ERP projects and enhancements</li> <li>Support testing cycles and validation</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams </li> </ul> Systems & Technical Responsibilities  <ul> <li>SAP WM, EWM, and MM-IM support</li> <li>Analyze third-party integrations (EDI, WMS, interfaces)</li> <li>Monitor warehouse KPIs </li> </ul> Collaboration & Training  <ul> <li>Deliver training and support end users</li> <li>Collaborate with IT and business teams </li> </ul>     Remote candidates must be available to travel to St. Louis for the first two to three weeks for in-person training.   What You Bring: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience</li> <li>Experience with SAP WM/EWM/MM-IM</li> <li>Strong analytical and communication skills </li> </ul> Bonus Points: <ul> <li>SAP Certification</li> <li>Experience with Cambar, SQL, EDI </li> </ul>   Compensation & Benefits: <ul class="mt3 pl4 t-14 featured-benefits__benefit-list"> <li class="featured-benefits__benefit">Up to $92.00 per hour</li> <li class="featured-benefits__benefit">Medical insurance</li> <li class="featured-benefits__benefit">Dental insurance</li> <li class="featured-benefits__benefit">Vision insurance</li> <li class="featured-benefits__benefit">401(k)</li> <li class="featured-benefits__benefit">Disability insurance </li> </ul> About FuseGlobal: FuseGlobal is a partnership of people and brand-leading companies, working together to make things run better.
