Qualifications

  • PhD or equivalent doctoral degree in biological sciences or related fields.
  • Five or more years of experience in hematologic malignancies with a record of peer-reviewed publications in blood cancer science and medicine.
  • Excellent scientific writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for both professional and lay audiences.

  • Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills, including experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under tight timelines.
  • Experience in blood cancer therapeutics is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work with online collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Zoom).

Desired Skill Set:

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using reference management tools (e.g., EndNote, Mendeley).
