We’d love to hear from you—you might be just what we’re looking for, whether in this role or another.</p> <p>✨ Let’s give businesses more time for what matters.</p></div><p><strong>Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prepare SEC filings (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K) including financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A</li> <li>Assist in preparation of earnings release, investor presentations and other external reporting deliverables</li> <li>Conduct research related to U.S. GAAP accounting standards and SEC guidance to determine the appropriate accounting and financial reporting treatment</li> <li>Assist with drafting technical accounting memos and policies documenting accounting research and conclusions</li> <li>Monitor and support implementation of new accounting and SEC pronouncements</li> <li>Benchmark peer company filings and industry reports to assess trends in financial statement disclosures</li> <li>Maintain accounting policies and process documentation to ensure adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls over external financial reporting</li> <li>Support annual audit and quarterly review activities with external auditors</li> <li>Assist with process improvement initiatives and other ad-hoc projects</li> </ul> <p><strong>We’d love to chat if you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or Master’s degree in accounting or a related field</li> <li>Active CPA required</li> <li>Big-4 experience required</li> <li>4+ years of relevant experience, with Big 4 public accounting and/or public-company SEC reporting preferred</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of the U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements</li> <li>Hands-on experience with a financial reporting/filing platform (Workiva preferred) and familiarity with XBRL tagging is preferred</li> <li>Experience with an ERP system (NetSuite preferred)</li> <li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact across all levels of the organization</li> <li>Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced financial close environment</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed below.
