This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. The person may be asked to assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as necessary.

The Sec & Derivatives Sr Analyst (AVP) is an intermediate level position responsible for the overall administrative activities of a business. The person may assist in activities such as the tracking of business financials, managing employee headcount or coordination of other administrative needs. These tasks may include collation and analysis of various data related to business structures, contributing to business reporting, external audits, business continuity or addressing regulatory issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks for multiple senior business leaders – deal with a level of ambiguity and bring about structure where required.
  • Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Site & BU Leadership, including confidential correspondence.
  • Support executive decision-making through the collation and analysis of operational and business data, preparing insightful reports where necessary.
  • Interface with global, regional, cluster, and India Governance teams to ensure alignment and compliance.
  • Interface with all support and facilities management functions for all matters, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Support administrative team in managing the site's operational budget, manage procurement and invoicing / interact with vendor contacts, coordinate site-wide events.
  • Manage all logistical arrangements for clients and senior visitors.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. 


Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in line with the role
  • Experience analyzing data, creating presentations and documentation as commensurate with the role
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills


Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
