We are actively seeking a Security Analyst This role is based in India, Hyderabad.

Position Summary

The Security Analyst will support and help lead security operations activities focused on protecting client credentials, secure documentation, security awareness, ISO process documentation, and vendor risk management. This role partners across Security, IT, Procurement, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders to maintain secure access practices, improve operational processes, and support Rimini Street’s risk and governance objectives.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the Client Credential Security Team, including onboarding and training new team members, resolving access and application questions, coaching colleagues on secure methods, and analyzing quality or process issues.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify new processes, strengthen controls, and support secure handling of client remote access credentials and related documentation.
  • Maintain and improve ISO-aligned security process documentation, including editing existing procedures, implementing current processes, and defining new procedures as business needs evolve.
  • Support SharePoint document library security by helping maintain appropriate access controls and secure document handling practices.
  • Track security token activity, including follow-up for employee or contractor departures, return coordination, and documentation within designated tracking tools.
  • Administer and troubleshoot credential permissions structures, including Secret Server security groups, nested group access, unique client group membership, and access-related issues.
  • Create and manage security awareness training and phishing test campaigns in KnowBe4, incorporating emerging threats and scheduling communications such as security newsletters.
  • Assist with vendor risk management activities, including new vendor assessments, renewal reviews, annual security assessments for critical vendors, and documentation in OneTrust, ServiceNow, and other approved workflows.
  • Prepare clear summaries, status updates, and findings for internal stakeholders, vendors, and management.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+years of cybersecurity, security operations, vendor risk management, credential management, or related experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, follow-ups, records, and deadlines accurately.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and summarize technical audit reports, vendor documentation, risk findings, and security assessment materials.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with ticketing, workflow, procurement, or GRC platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify gaps, inconsistencies, potential risks, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Customer-service mindset with strong follow-up and relationship management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Rimini Street credential management practices or similar secure credential repository processes.
  • Experience with Secret Server, KnowBe4, OneTrust, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Teams document libraries, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of ISO-aligned process documentation and security control procedures.
  • Exposure to vendor due diligence, third-party risk management, security assessments, or compliance evidence review.
  • Interest in cybersecurity governance, risk management, access control, security awareness, and continuous process improvement.
