Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.</div>Your Impact  As an Accounting Operations Sr. Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and complete financial reporting through the monthly close process, including GL consolidation and intercompany eliminations. You will work cross-functionally across Controllership, FP&A, and IT teams to support close activities, strengthen internal controls, and drive in-depth analytics over operating expenses. This role will also be instrumental in supporting the rollout of our new OneStream consolidation tool, partnering closely with the Financial Systems and Analytics team to help design, test, and adopt improved close and reporting processes. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys applying technical accounting expertise, analytical thinking, and collaboration to drive high-quality financial reporting.  Work Location  Hybrid Presence based in one of U.S. hubs: Boston, NY, Seattle, Scottsdale. This role follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
