This enables us to deliver strategic clarity, market intelligence, and execution discipline that empower leadership and business teams globally. Through these engagements, the team gains deep expertise in business planning, market research, performance analytics, and cross-functional program management. What you’ll champion: Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide leadership visibility on key business and operational KPIs. Analyze internal and external data to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. Lead market, industry, and competitive intelligence initiatives to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Support business planning, operational reviews, and performance management through data-driven analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities, drive execution, and achieve business objectives. Lead strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring effective planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment. Drive process excellence by identifying operational inefficiencies, standardizing workflows, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure data governance, reporting accuracy, and automation of reporting processes to enhance efficiency and decision-making Requirements Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with business acumen. Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau). Bias for action and ability to deliver insights under tight timelines. Excellent communication and ability to present complex data clearly. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. 1-4 years of experience in BI, analytics, or market research roles Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related field from a Top Tier institution; MBA is a plus. Familiarity with R/Python and exposure to financial services domain is desirable.
