This role leads financial planning and analysis, including OPEX management, budgeting, forecasting, and variance tracking, while ensuring accurate headcount management and alignment with HR. It delivers insights through financial and operational reporting and dashboards, oversees billing, cost allocation, and intercompany accuracy, and ensures data integrity through validation and analysis. The role also partners cross-functionally to support reporting cycles, budgeting, and benchmarking activities, enabling informed, data-driven decision-making.

Financial Planning, Analysis & Workforce Management

·       Lead GBS Manila Finance OPEX planning, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring alignment with financial targets.

·       Monitor Actual vs Budget performance across costs and headcount, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

·       Support the annual budgeting cycle including coordination with various groups

·       Oversee end-to-end headcount lifecycle management, including roster updates, movements, and separations.

• Coordinate FTE forecasting tools and assist in the preparation and analysis of workforce cost projection reports.

·       Support quarterly headcount variance analysis of each functional group in GBS Finance Manila

 

Reporting & Business Insights

·       Support and coordinate the Evergreen Finance Benchmarking process, including FSS utilization tracking and preparation of related reports.

·       Build and maintain Power BI dashboards covering OPEX, headcount, utilization, and performance metrics.

·       Generate profitability and cost performance reports to support operational decision-making.

·       Prepare and deliver GBS Finance scorecards to communicate business results

·       Monitor MSSC OPEX and office utilization trends to identify efficiency opportunities.

• Support business transition activities including migrations, divestments, reorganization, and organizational changes

• Support ad hoc requirements and GBS Manila Finance-wide initiatives.

 

Billing, Cost Management & Allocation

·       Prepare customer allocations and coordinate with the BCOE to ensure accurate and timely billing.

·       Execute Blackline billing reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

·       Manage service billing review and validation, resolving discrepancies as needed.

·       Maintain billing logs for FSS cost allocation

·       Handle distribution cycles, and accrual processes, including year-end adjustments

·       Execute PAYG billing

·       Address customer inquiries and provide clarifications

 

Data Management & Systems

·       Manage WMT (Workforce Management Tool) data extraction, validation, and cleansing.

·       Ensure timely updates and compliance through WMT monitoring and stakeholder coordination.
