You'llbe the bridge between Razorpay and our partner banks — owning day-to-day operations, driving month-end activities, and ensuring merchants have a seamless onboarding and servicing experience across our banking partnerships.This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, working across multiple stakeholders, and bringing structure to fast-moving processes. Key responsibilities ● Partner with Razorpay's banking partners to onboard merchants onto the RazorpayX platform end-to-end. ● Act as the first point of contact for queries from internal teams and external stakeholders (banks, merchants); investigate, resolve, and close the loop. ● Drive month-end activities with partner banks and maintain tight cross-functional communication across product, finance, and customer success teams. ● Consistently deliver against operational targets and SLAs for assigned activities. ● Build strong, trust-based working relationships with banking partners and internal stakeholders. ● Ensure adherence to defined operational processes; identify gaps and contribute to continuous improvement. What we're looking for ● 1–3 years of overall work experience, with preference for operations roles in payments, connected banking, payment aggregators, or fintech companies. ● Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can explain a process to a bank's ops team and an internal product manager equally well. ● Comfort operating in a fast-paced, fluid, and collaborative environment where priorities shift and you have to figure things out. ● A team-first attitude, high energy, and a genuine willingness to learn and adapt quickly. ● Detail-oriented with a bias for follow-through — things don't slip through the cracks on your watch.
