Overview The EDI Analyst plays a critical role in enabling accurate, timely, and compliant data connectivity between clients, carriers, and internal teams. This role supports EDI Managers throughout the full lifecycle of data exchange and 834 file integrations—spanning implementation, renewal, and ongoing operations. The Specialist ensures high quality execution by managing documentation, validating data integrity, troubleshooting discrepancies, and coordinating workflows across teams. How you'll make an impact Responsibilities: Professionals in this group reviews and approves budgets, develops and implements new HR policies and maintains company’s HR systems. They are involved in designing and implementing organizations HR policies and setting objectives and goals for the team and also track progress. They monitor organizations HR systems as well as databases. Professionals in this group work as fully contributed team member under broad supervision. They further build up on domain expertise along with technical skills. They work on complex projects which are not similar or routine based using standard concepts and principles using their knowledge and judgement. They require a professional degree along with many years of work experience and are responsible for coaching/mentoring junior team members. About you Qualifications: Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience.
