About the Role

Ready to shape how performance is measured, rewarded and optimized across BOQ Group?

We're looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Senior Analyst, Commissions and Performance Effectiveness to join our Salesforce Effectiveness team.

In this newly created role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring the accurate and compliant delivery of commission payments while helping to design and enhance performance frameworks that drive frontline success.

In addition, you will combine deep analytical capability with business insight to develop scorecards, performance targets and reporting that influence decision-making and support strategic objectives.

Working closely with stakeholders across Retail Banking and wider organization, you'll identify trends, deliver meaningful performance insights, strengthen governance and controls, and drive continuous improvement through automation and smarter ways of working.

This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact by turning complex data into actionable outcomes that improve performance, support commercial success and influence behaviour across the business.

About You

You're the person who loves getting into the detail, finding the story behind the numbers and using data to drive better business outcomes.

You bring significant experience in business performance analysis, commissions, reporting or financial operations, ideally within banking or financial services.

You have advanced Excel and data modelling skills, experience working with financial systems such as SQL or similar platforms, and a strong understanding of governance, controls and data integrity.

Beyond your technical expertise, you're naturally curious, commercially astute and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels. You can translate complex analysis into clear recommendations, influence outcomes through insight, and comfortably manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

If you're passionate about continuous improvement, thrive in ambiguous environments and enjoy partnering with leaders to deliver meaningful business results, we'd love to hear from you.
