This role supports the reliability, maintenance, enhancement, and performance of control systems infrastructure while ensuring compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory requirements. What You'll Be Doing: <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support and maintain terminal network infrastructure to ensure reliable system performance and uptime.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Develop, maintain, and document process control and HMI systems, including preventive and corrective maintenance activities.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Coordinate and implement control system, telecommunications, and security system upgrades.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provide technical support for site-specific applications and collaborate with Corporate IT teams.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Troubleshoot and resolve control system, network, and operational technology issues.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to support maintenance, upgrades, and project execution.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Perform other duties as required.</li> </ul> Skills & Experience Requirements: <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering Technology, or a related technical discipline; equivalent technical certification in process control systems will be considered.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Completion of HMI and/or control systems training courses.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Minimum of three (3) years of client-level technical support experience.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Three (3) to five (5) years of progressively responsible experience supporting industrial control systems and operational technologies.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, databases, and industrial control systems.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience supporting and maintaining process control, automation, and HMI systems.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to troubleshoot and repair specialized computer, networking, and control equipment in industrial environments.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.</li> </ul> Bunge offers a variety of benefits including health and wellness plans, retirement contribution and paid vacation/holidays.
