The Senior Analyst, Finance Transformation plays a key role in accelerating the digital transformation of Jetstar's Finance function. Working at the intersection of Finance, Technology and Data, you'll act as the link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, helping translate business requirements into reporting, analytics and system solutions that drive better decision-making and business outcomes.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a significant portfolio of transformation initiatives, including Jetstar's Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementation, Power BI reporting enhancements, enterprise data initiatives and the adoption of emerging AI technologies. You'll collaborate across a broad stakeholder group within Finance and partner closely with Technology teams to deliver solutions that improve planning, reporting, efficiency and ways of working across the business.

The core responsibilities of this role are:

  • Partner with Finance and Technology stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate requirements into scalable reporting, data and system solutions.
  • Lead business analysis activities including stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering, process mapping and solution design across Finance Transformation initiatives.
  • Support the delivery and continuous improvement of Finance platforms, including Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Power BI and Data Warehouse solutions.
  • Analyse data, support testing and implementation activities, and help ensure successful adoption of new capabilities across Finance teams.
  • Identify and support opportunities to embed AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, to improve productivity, automate manual processes and enhance decision-making.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Experience in Finance Transformation, Business Analysis, Data & Analytics, Technology Implementation or similar roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
  • Experience using Power BI and reporting tools, with exposure to SQL, data warehousing or analytics platforms highly regarded.
  • An understanding of finance processes and the ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
  • A passion for innovation, emerging technology and continuous improvement. Experience with EPM platforms, AI tools or large-scale transformation programs will be viewed favourably.
