Team Overview
The Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) supports TransUnion Philippinesā financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities. This role partners closely with local and regional stakeholders to deliver accurate financial analysis, insights, and reporting that support business and operational decisionāmaking. The role is primarily an individual contributor, with accountability for execution, analysis, and stakeholder support rather than people leadership.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Support the annual budget, forecast, and longārange planning cycles for TransUnion Philippines, in alignment with regional and global finance timelines.
Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, including P&L, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support business planning and management reviews.
Partner with functional leaders and budget owners to understand financial drivers, cost trends, and business assumptions.
Provide timely and accurate financial insights to support operational and strategic initiatives.
Assist in identifying risks and opportunities and escalate findings to FP&A leadership as appropriate.
Support cost management, productivity, and efficiency initiatives across the organization.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data and reporting in accordance with TransUnion standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting tools, and financial systems.
Support adāhoc analysis, business cases, and management presentations as required.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
Bachelorās degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2-4 yearsĀ of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis roles.
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problemāsolving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, or similar planning tools) is an advantage.
Ability to communicate financial information clearly to nonāfinance stakeholders.
High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastāpaced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in aĀ multinational or matrixed organization, preferably within shared services or regional finance teams.
Exposure to ERP systems, financial planning tools, or business intelligence platforms.
Working knowledge ofĀ IFRS or US GAAP.
Experience supporting APAC or global finance processes is a plus.
