About the department
Our team is responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of OTC derivative products, including Swaps, Options, CFDs, and other derivative instruments.
We manage critical operational activities such as trade capture validation, trade confirmations, lifecycle event processing, cash flow oversight, reconciliations, and exception management, while partnering with brokers, counterparties, Front Office, Technology, and other internal stakeholders. The team plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of the OTC operating model. Team members contribute to risk mitigation, automation, process optimization, and strategic operational initiatives while supporting global stakeholders.

You will perform and oversee OTC Operations activities.
You will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and procedural compliance.
You will perform reviewer and control functions.
You will investigate reconciliations, breaks, discrepancies, and exceptions.
You will ensure stakeholders receive accurate information.
Strategic Responsibilities
You will contribute to operational risk mitigation.
You will support data integrity across processes.
You will participate in automation and optimization initiatives.
Team & Collaboration
You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience, Education & Certifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
Experience in financial services, preferably Operations, Middle Office, or Investment Operations.
Knowledge of derivative products is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills
Strong technical aptitude and advanced Excel skills.
Experience with VBA, SQL, or process automation tools is an advantage.
Soft Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
