Senior Analyst Line 1 Risk
About the role
In this role, you’ll provide hands-on support across risk and control management, incidents, issues, treatment plans, risk assessments, process analysis and project/change activity.
You’ll work closely with Line 1 teams, Risk leaders and stakeholders across the business to support Retail Banking through effective risk management, practical risk advice and strong control outcomes.
You’ll also be involved in analyzing complex data, providing feedback on policies and procedures, supporting remediation activities and helping drive risk awareness across the business.

About you
You’ll bring experience in financial services, ideally within banking, along with a strong understanding of non-financial risk management.
You’re confident working with data, able to interpret information and present insights clearly, and you enjoy solving problems in a practical and collaborative way.
You’ll have strong relationship-building skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work across a broad range of stakeholders and organizational levels.
Experience with stakeholder management, risk and controls, incidents, issues or treatment plans will be highly valued.
A tertiary qualification in risk management, law, business, finance or a related discipline would be highly regarded, along with experience in a non-financial risk role.
