The Senior Analyst – Change Management will support and deliver organizational change management (OCM) initiatives as part of large scale transformation programs, including ERP and Workday implementations. This role focuses on enabling successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working through structured change management approaches.
The Senior Analyst will work closely with consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to execute change management deliverables such as stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and readiness activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of change management strategies to drive adoption and minimize resistance during transformation initiatives
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments, impact analysis, and change readiness assessments
  • Develop and execute change management deliverables including:
    • Communication plans and content
    • Training needs analysis and training materials
    • Change impact and readiness assessments
    • Coordinate with global and onshore teams, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery of change artifacts
    • Contribute to internal capability development, templates, and best practices for Change Management
  • Support ERP and Workday implementations by aligning people, process, and technology change activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Engineering, Psychology, Communications, Management, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in change management, organizational development, consulting, or transformation programs
  • Hands‑on experience supporting change initiatives for technology or ERP implementations - Workday Adaptive experience required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional and global teams
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
  • Travel 50%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with formal change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, or similar)
  • Consulting or professional services experience

The estimated base salary for this job is $85,000 - $95,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $91,800 - $106,400. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
