Senior Analyst â Business Performance AuM & Revenue AnalyticsBrief Job DescriptionThe Lead Associate â Business Performance AuM & Revenue Analystics will support financial analysis, business performance management, and profitability analysis activities, including AuM and revenue analytics, management reporting, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, domain expertise in FP&A, and the ability to provide actionable insights that drive business performance and strategic decision-making.________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Analysis⢠Support monthly reporting and analysis.⢠Perform detailed variance analysis of actuals versus budget, forecast, and prior periods.⢠Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to support business decisions.⢠Respond to ad hoc business queries and provide data-driven insights.Business Performance Management⢠Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, including AuM movements and key financial indicators.⢠Track and evaluate performance drivers such as: o Market movementso Net flowso Foreign exchange impactso Product launches and closures⢠Develop performance insights across asset classes, products, client segments, distribution channels, and geographies.⢠Prepare and present management reports, dashboards, and business reviews.Revenue Analysis⢠Analyze management fees, performance fees, and other revenue streams.⢠Conduct revenue analysis by fund, strategy, client segment, and distribution channel.Reporting & Process Excellence⢠Ensure all client deliverables and SLAs are consistently met.⢠Perform and maintain MIS reporting and dashboard solutions.⢠Utilize visualization and reporting tools (Power BI preferred) to enhance decision-making.⢠Maintain strong internal controls and governance within the process.⢠Drive continuous improvement, automation, and process enhancement initiatives.Stakeholder & Team Management⢠Partner closely with onshore stakeholders, business teams, and cross-functional teams across locations.⢠Communicate performance outcomes and business insights effectively to stakeholders.⢠Support organizational and client-driven change initiatives.⢠Conduct training and accreditation for new joiners.⢠Drive team engagement and knowledge-sharing initiatives.⢠Mentor team members and support people management activities.________________________________________Qualifications & ExperienceEssential⢠1â4 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, Financial Analytics, or related Finance & Accounting functions.⢠Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in business performance management.⢠Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.⢠Working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles.⢠Willingness to work in UK shift timings.Preferred⢠Experience in the Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Financial Services industry.⢠Exposure to AuM analysis, revenue forecasting, and profitability management.⢠Power BI and Hyperion Smart View experience.⢠Experience in automation, RPA, or process transformation initiatives.________________________________________Key Competencies⢠FP&A and Business Performance Management expertise⢠Financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting⢠Revenue and profitability analytics⢠Data analytics and visualization (Power BI preferred)⢠Technical accounting and finance knowledge⢠Systems thinking and process improvement⢠Strong communication and stakeholder management⢠People leadership and coaching⢠Innovation and continuous improvement mindset⢠Attention to detail and strong governance orientation
