<h1>We are seeking a Senior Analyst of Organizational Effectiveness who is passionate about racial and social justice!</h1>
<hr>
<p>The Sr. Analyst supports SPLC's efforts to track progress against organizational goals and manages systems and processes to support continuous quality improvement. </p>
<h3>Who You Are</h3>
<p></p>
<p><strong>Technically and Digitally Competent. </strong>Demonstrates strong research and reporting capabilities, including proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau), experience with MEAL data collection systems, the ability to design and conduct surveys and evaluations, and the skill to synthesize findings into clear, audience-tailored dashboards, reports, and actionable insights.</p>
<p><strong>Strategic.</strong> Demonstrates strong strategic and organizational effectiveness capabilities by connecting program results to broader organizational goals, leveraging KPI and impact measurement frameworks to manage performance, supporting change initiatives, and prioritizing efforts to maximize overall impact.</p>
<p><strong>Analytical. </strong>Demonstrates strong analytical capability by collecting, cleaning, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data, applying critical thinking to identify patterns and root causes, using evidence to inform strategic decisions, and leveraging established evaluation frameworks such as logframes and theories of change.</p>
<p><strong>Clear Communicator & Collaborative</strong>. Demonstrates strong communication and collaboration skills by translating complex data into clear, actionable insights, crafting compelling narratives that inform decision-making, facilitating learning and reflection sessions with stakeholders, and working effectively across teams and partners to drive alignment and results.</p>
<h3>What You'll Do</h3>
<p></p>
<p><strong>Support </strong>the development, tracking & reporting of SPLC's organizational level indicators.</p>
<p><strong>Collaborate </strong>with staff across departments and MEAL colleagues to identify organizational indicators and develop their accompanying data collection systems, data analysis plans, quality assurance plans, and reporting cadence & templates.</p>
<p><strong>Work </strong>with departments and teams to develop and manage organizational dashboards and reports, analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify and analyze trends and concerns for leadership and managers to review.</p>
<p><strong>Organize </strong>and support facilitation of Quarterly Strategy Review/Continuous Quality Improvement meetings as well as supporting progress review/adjustment meetings and other collaborative meetings.</p>
<p><strong>Support </strong>the development of Theories of Change, logic models, as well as conducting program evaluations, after-action reviews and other critical reflection assessments.</p>
<p><strong>Train </strong>staff on the organizational indicators and the reporting and data collection associated with these.</p>
<p><strong>Prepare </strong>reports including data visualizations, writing and presentations for MEAL projects.</p>
<p><strong>May </strong>train or mentor interns or externs.</p>
<p><strong>Perform </strong>other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification.</p>
<h3>Minimum Qualifications </h3>
<p></p>

<li>Minimum of seven (7) years of MEAL, reporting and data visualization experience in a non-profit organization; and</li>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in political science, sociology, measurement and evaluation, social work, education, public policy or related fields.</li>

<h3>Compensation & Benefits</h3>
<p>This is a non-exempt role and the minimum starting salary is $89,905 annually. Salary will be commensurate with experience. </p>

<h3>Where & How You'll Work </h3>
<p></p>
<p>This role has the following work designations options:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Local Remote: </strong>Will work remotely but is expected to attend work-related activities that occur at the SPLC offices or in the states in which the SPLC operates.</li>
<li><strong>Telework:</strong> Will work at an SPLC office at least three days per week and may work two days per week from an alternative work location.</li>
<li>This position will report to the Director, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Other Special Considerations </h3>
<p>This job is performed under general office conditions and is not subject to any strenuous physical demands or dangerous conditions.</p>
