This is a hybrid role that combines data integrity work, recurring audits, process and systems improvement, operational reporting, dashboard support, and deck-buildingfor HR and leadership stakeholders.  This role is well-suited for someone who is highly detail-oriented, operationally minded, and energized by making people data and processes more reliable, scalable, and useful. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across systems, spreadsheets, reporting outputs, and process documentation, and can move fluidly between investigating issues, improving workflows, and Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
