<p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Business</span></strong><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• APAC Regulatory Operations plays a critical role in supporting bank’s ability to operate, trade, and grow within the regulatory frameworks of Asia markets. The role directly contributes to the bank’s business and financial objectives by ensuring regulatory obligations are met efficiently, accurately and in a way that enable front and back office, client and stakeholders to continue without disruption or regulatory risk.</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Processes</span></strong><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">All aspects of tasks related to prevention, detection, assurance & oversight of the APAC reporting function. Including:</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Enhance regime controls to reduce completeness, accuracy, timeliness & backlog risks. Define, prioritise, and deliver requirements that drive control efficiency and automation.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Process/develop exception monitoring & control processes.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Manage client facing issues & queries.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Assist with building tactical processes to improve completeness, accuracy & timeliness while working with Product Owner prioritise strategic fixes.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Work on specific accuracy related issues & analysis of Kaizen errors.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Develop & enhance DOI’s to ensure they are accurate in line with processes.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Support project delivery through clear requirements, analysis, and UAT to enable successful technical changes.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>The Ideal Candidate:</b></H2>
