Reporting to the Logistics Manager – Warehousing, this role provides hands-on operational and analytical support for day-to-day warehouse activities, 3PL coordination, inventory accuracy, and reporting, as well as support for the site’s ASRS 4WS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System)</p></span></span></span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>About you:</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:&#39;Calibri&#39;, sans-serif"><p>Warehouse &amp; 3PL Operations</p> <ul> <li>Support day-to-day warehouse operations managed by the 3PL, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and outbound shipments.</li> <li>Coordinate with the 3PL provider on daily activities, issue resolution, and service performance.</li> <li>Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely material availability.</li> <li>Coordinate with vendor and warehouse suppliers on warehouse services and equipment</li> </ul> <p>Inventory &amp; Data Analysis</p> <ul> <li>Maintain accurate inventory records across the warehouse and ASRS 4WS through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and audits.</li> <li>Monitor and analyze KPIs to support improvements in warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.</li> </ul> <p>ASRS 4WS Support</p> <ul> <li>Support ASRS 4WS operations including UAT testing, inventory migration, and process training for operations and 3PL staff.</li> <li>Perform first-level ASRS 4WS troubleshooting and exception handling, escalating complex faults to engineering or vendor support.</li> </ul> <p>Compliance &amp; Continuous Improvement</p> <ul> <li>Support compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize space utilization and material handling.</li> </ul></span></span></span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your experience includes:</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:&#39;Calibri&#39;, sans-serif"><ul> <li>Minimum 8 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferably with a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or an O-Level / SPM equivalent qualification.</li> <li>Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related technologies.</li> <li>Experience working with or familiarity with Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems is an advantage.</li> <li>Proficiency in Excel and data analysis for inventory and performance monitoring.</li> <li>Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process discipline.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Preferred Skills</p> <ul> <li>First-level ASRS 4WS troubleshooting capability and experience with UAT, migration, or process training.</li> <li>Familiarity with WMS automation modules and ERP integration.</li> <li>Experience with warehouse automation technologies</li> <li>Familiarity with ESD handling</li> <li>Experience with lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.</li> <li>Knowledge of safety and compliance standards.</li> </ul></span></span></span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Location:</b></H2> </div><div><p></p> <p> </p> <p><b>Location</b>: Woodlands, Singapore, W3<br> <b>Travel</b>: None</p></div></div></div>
