Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for Recovery Analyst Senior to join our ever-evolving Business Resilience - Enterprise team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you’ll own

  • Team is responsible for assessing/planning/exercising critical business processes to ensure business continuity or disaster recovery.
  • The candidate can expect to be scheduling/hosting many meetings to discuss technology and its related attributes, disaster recovery/resilience architectures and program compliance issues.
  • This will include conducting BIAs (risk assessments), creating/updating recovery plans and associated tasks required, planning required to schedule exercises, and collecting/tracking risk issues.
  • Most of these items are completed on an annual basis.
  • There are currently no on-call responsibilities.

What you’ll bring

  • Someone who understands technology (applications, middleware, databases, and storage) and architecture (mainframe (IBM/Tandem), distributed systems (windows, linux, unix, etc), cloud, containers (Kubernetes/Docker), network) and can converse fluidly about it.
  • Someone who works well with others (good personality, ability to lead/follow, open minded)
  • Someone who is a “self-starter” or initiative to recognize and complete work as needed
     

It’s a bonus if you have

  • Has worked with business continuity tools (Archer, Fusion, LDRPS, Service Now BCM, etc)
  • Someone with understanding/knowledge of cloud applications (AWS, Azure) would be helpful.
  • ServiceNow experience would be helpful.
