<p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Reporting to the Senior Manager of Health and Welfare Benefits, the Senior Benefits Analyst administers all AMETEK's Health and Welfare benefit programs by providing a variety of analytical, technical and functional tasks that support the benefits system workflow processes in a largely outsourced environment.</span></span><br><span style="font-size:12.0pt"> </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:</span></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">You will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the group health and welfare benefit programs including medical, prescription, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending plans, and Health Savings Accounts for our Active, COBRA and Retiree populations.</span></span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Serve as the main point of contact with our health and welfare benefits administration platform and ensure benefits system functionality is maintained and operated at a consistently high level, meeting the needs of users/customers on an ongoing basis</span></span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">You will be the main point of contact for internal local HR teams throughout the country to answer employee compliance questions, vendor escalations and other health and welfare benefits items that come to us through the Corporate Benefits Inbox </span></span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">You will oversee all work with third party vendors to manage interfaces</span></span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">You will maintain data integrity through identifying and correcting system issues</span></span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">You will oversee the process for reconciling weekly funding and resolving data integrity issues with vendors and with internal Accounting. </span></span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">You will manage the annual biometric screening process for all US based AMETEK locations</span></span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Serve as the main point of contact for all Affordable Care Act tracking responsibilities, including working with the ACA vendor for ongoing hours tracking, 1095s, etc. </span></span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">You will assist the senior manager with all compliance related deliverables throughout the year</span></span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">You will provide analysis, reporting and census data as needed</span></span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">You will manage the employee appeal process</span></span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">You will identify and recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, or alternate methodologies while sustaining current systems.</span></span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">You will Support all third-party vendors by providing appropriate information to support the workflow process and service AMETEK employees. </span></span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">You will Build and maintain relationships with vendors and field HR. </span></span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">You will assist the senior manager in holding vendors accountable for service levels, quality and timeliness of deliverables. </span></span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">You will document and maintain administrative procedures for assigned processes</span></span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">You will assist with annual open enrollment; provide support to internal and external customers and organize all systems, communications and process testing</span></span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">You will maintain documentation of processes and provide analytical review of current and new processes to ensure efficiency.  </span></span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">You will process necessary forms as required. </span></span></li> <li <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:</span></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration  preferred; or other related degree.</span></span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">8+ Years of related experience.</span></span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Requires a solid knowledge of HR, Benefits, ERISA, and Business Administration.
