<p data-start="186" data-end="520">We're looking for a Senior BI Analyst to deliver reporting, analysis and insight that supports operational performance and decision-making across the business. You'll act as a key point of expertise for reporting and analytics, helping stakeholders understand performance trends, identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.</p>
<p data-start="522" data-end="929">Working closely with operational leaders and Customer Care teams, you'll translate business needs into meaningful reporting solutions, develop dashboards and analytical outputs, and provide insight that supports both day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making. You'll also play a role in maintaining reporting quality and supporting the ongoing development of analytical capability within the team.</p>
<p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p>
