You'll act as a key point of expertise for reporting and analytics, helping stakeholders understand performance trends, identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions. Working closely with operational leaders and Customer Care teams, you'll translate business needs into meaningful reporting solutions, develop dashboards and analytical outputs, and provide insight that supports both day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making. You'll also play a role in maintaining reporting quality and supporting the ongoing development of analytical capability within the team.
